How to create the Drink:
- 6 packets of True Lemon
- 25g toasted pine nuts
- Combine stock, 4 packets of True Lemon, honey, soy, and cornflour in a jug. Set aside.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Add onion and garlic and stir until golden.
Add mushrooms, broccolini and 2 more teaspoons of oil and stir for 5 mins.
- Add sauce and pine nuts, cover and simmer on low heat.
In a separate pan add 2 teaspoons oil and stir-fry the chicken until half cooked.
- Transfer chicken to sauce mixture, cover, and simmer on medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
- Add the last 2 packets of True Lemon and stir before serving.
Serve with brown rice.
